Because Balance Pro has been built with a new architecture, it is essential that we update your account to the latest and greatest of what Balance Pro has to offer. Anyone who has created an account using Balance Pro version 3.10 or earlier needs to update their account to work with Balance Pro version 4.0. By updating your account, Balance Pro will migrate your existing data to the updated architecture of Balance Pro 4.0. Don't worry, all your data will remain intact and updating your account is automatically done in the background with your permission.
With your permission, Balance Pro will update your account and send you an email when you can log back in. Upgrading takes about 10 minutes, although in some cases it can take up to an hour.
Yes! All your current data, including your transactions, bills, accounts, etc will still be there when you update and log in to Balance Pro 4.0.
All accounts need to be updated by December 31, 2023. Accounts that do not update by this date will be considered inactive and deleted.
